You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) Todd Beckstrom serves as the sales director for Paradise Cove. He is a lifelong resident of the Midlands of South Carolina and for the last 14 years has been proud to call Lake Murray home. A former sales manager, marketing director, and corporate negotiator, Todd left the corporate world for a career in real estate in 1999 with the dream of helping people find paradise on Lake Murray. For the past 10 years he has been the top selling agent on Lake Murray and is uniquely qualified to share the joys of lake living! His experience as a resort property specialist and developer has made him a sought after national speaker. He has also contributed to books and written internationally acclaimed real estate courses. Involved in Paradise Cove from the beginning, Todd's input along with others helped produce a community that relishes the active lifestyle, floor plans that flow effortlessly, and quality that is unmatched on Lake Murray. Todd is driven by a positive attitude and a desire to help people find paradise on his Lake Murray.
	Todd Conroy – Sales Counselor Todd Conroy was born and reared in Joliet, Illinois, just outside of the major metropolis of Chicago. For most of his career, he has been in sales working for such companies as Ameritech, Cisco Systems, and New South Communications. Todd moved to the warmer climes of Chapin, South Carolina, in 2003 and has lived here ever since enjoying the fun and inviting lifestyle of Lake Murray. He continued his path in sales by becoming a Realtor® in 2004 and joining The Todd Beckstrom All-Star Team as a Buyers’ Specialist. Living on the lake has given him a good sense of the area and the real estate market. “I’m thrilled to be working with this international team of professionals. 	Mark Pedley – President/Developer Mark Pedley is a British National and company President, who has dedicated his professional life to real estate development. Originally presiding over major UK companies, Mark took his considerable 25 + years experience into new markets. He has managed , delivered and consulted upon numerous ,superior value residential communities, in many European countries as well as Russia, , Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey and China. Mark speaks publically upon real estate development in emerging economies, and is a specialist adviser to many International investment funds. This unique experience gives considerable expertise to the delivery of any project and Paradise Cove is no exception. 	Danny Langley – Director Danny Langley is a British National and a director of Paradise Cove. Danny has invested in and overseen numerous developments in both the UK and Central and Eastern Europe. Danny is a director and major shareholder in New Europe Property Holdings Limited, a fund which specialises in developing both commercial and residential opportunities in the second tier Polish cities. Danny is also a director and shareholder in OSTC Ltd, a company which provides access to worldwide derivatives markets for screen based traders. He also has an extensive range of contacts in the banking and financial world and is a major fundraiser for all of the above companies.
	Al Dunbar – Director Al Dunbar is the founder and Director of Lighthouse Developments, Inc. Al is British and brings a lifetime of experience to Paradise Cove having been involved in residential and commercial real estate development, construction, and architectural design for 30 years in the United Kingdom and Europe. He has since moved to South Carolina and lives on Lake Murray with his wife and their daughter. Al states, "I believe our homes represent exceptional value and a very sound investment while offering more features and higher quality than traditional frame construction homes."
	Marty Ekster – Director Marty Ekster Is the Director of Development and Building for Lighthouse Developments Inc. Born and raised in NYC, he fell in love with the south while serving in the US Army at Fort Bragg, NC. Moving south was easy for Marty as he found employment in the Golf Resort Industry and soon after became a Head Golf Professional in Myrtle Beach, SC. While serving in this position he experienced the development boom and began his journey into the golf course development and housing development market. For the past 15 years Marty has developed land and golf courses and built quality homes. "In 2000 along with Superior Walls of North Carolina Marty found high quality and highly efficient building techniques using Superior Walls and to this day teams up with their crews to produce uniquely affordable high-end custom homes."
	Bill Beckham – Director Bill Beckham, a U.S. Citizen with permanent residency in Columbia, S.C., has gained the financial expertise which he now holds through his many years of service to medium and large (domestic and international) corporations. His governmental contract work positions him with the ability to handle negotiations, consultations, estimates, proposals, etc., working on a budgeted grant or private investments. His hands-on experience for maintaining and staying on time for project approvals and completions has been a successful investment of his time. As a needed and sought-after team member, he has been called on to work with "start-up" operational teams - setting up guidelines, audits, banking services, licenses, and other financial management and controls. Working with the owners and other team members of Paradise Cove is proving to be an exciting challenge which calls on all areas of Bill's work experience.
